Where are your headquarters?
HABA has been making toys that entertain, engage, and educate for more than 85 years in Bad Rodach, Germany. HABA USA was established in Skaneateles, New York over 40 years ago and continues to play a strong role in the Finger Lakes region.
Are all of your toys made in Germany?
All of our wooden blocks, wooden baby toys, and most games are made in Germany. Our plush and plastic toys are designed in Germany and made with strict care in China. Regardless of where they are manufactured, all of our toys are rigorously tested to both US and European safety standards.
At HABA, everything we create is designed to make a child’s eyes light up and help them have fun while learning.
For 85 years, HABA toys have combined creativity, high-quality materials, durability, and safety. All of our toys are sustainably-designed and constructed with an eye on tomorrow.
We know the difference a toy can make in a child’s life and are committed to creating toys that unlock kids’ creativity, curiosity, and sense of wonder.
Part of HABA’s beloved “My Very First Game” series for ages 2+, this simple memory and matching game has toddlers pairing up pets with the foods they eat. For 1-5 players. Playing time about 5 minutes.
The basic game play involves turning over a pet and then finding the correct food card and wooden food piece to match them up. In the cooperative variation, the players work together and always win!
Game also includes a memory variation based on food theme. Who eats what? The large wooden pieces and sturdy die-cut cards foster free play matching and language development.
What does the cat eat? Which animal can you see here? What color is that? This game fosters memory and fine motor skills, while teaching toddlers how to assign colors, patterns and forms.
Includes: 5 wooden food pieces (1 carrot, 1 clump of grass, 1 fish, 1 cheese, 1 bone), 5 animal cards (blue on the back), 5 cut-out cards (yellow on the back), 5 color cards (red on the back), 1 rulebook
